XOX Bhd has proposed to undertake a bonus issue of up to 1.34 billion free warrants on the basis of three warrants for every eight shares held on an entitlement date to be announced later.

In a bourse filing, XOX said the bonus issue will have a tenure of three years commencing from the date of issue.

As at Oct 5, the issued share capital of XOX was RM346.23 million comprising 3.07 billion shares and 86.41 million outstanding irredeemable convertible preference shares (ICPS) worth RM2.16 million.

XOX said assuming full exercise of 1.34 billion warrants at an illustrative exercise price of 16 sen, the company will raise gross proceeds of RM213.8 million.

XOX Bhdは、後日発表される権利付与日に保有する8株ごとに3つのワラントに基づいて、最大13億4000万の無料ワラントのボーナス発行を行うことを提案しました。

証券取引所への提出で、ボーナスの発行期間は発行日から3年間であると述べました。

10月5日現在、XOXの発行済み株式資本はRM346.23百万で、30.7億株、RM216万に相当する86.41百万株の償還不能転換優先株式（ICPS）で構成されています。

16センの実例となる行使価格で13.4億のワラントの完全な行使を想定すると、同社はRM213.8百万の総収入を調達すると述べた。
